If you have ever thought about trying your hand at painting with acrylics, I teach Level 1 Introduction to Acrylic Painting at Art on 30th, an arts community located in North Park, San Diego. The class is designed as an introduction to acrylic painting and all the mediums and tools that go along with using acrylic paints. The Level 1 Introduction to Acrylic Painting class meets every Tuesday from 10:30 am - 1:30 pm for 5 consecutive weeks. Following completion of the class, participants may want to explore the Level 2 Intermediate Acrylic Painting class. Dates for the next three months of 2026 Tuesday morning classes are listed below.

If you’ve never painted before or it’s been so long you don’t know where to start, I also offer a 3 1/2 hour Art 101 Workshop for the “pre-beginner.”
